Job Description

New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses and brain injuries in residential settings in the west and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a part time or full time Assisted Living Aide at one of our 9 person sites located in Hastings, MN. Available shift is part time weekdays and an every other Saturday and Sunday with shifts ranged between 10am-10pm. Duties include but are not limited to; ADL'S Medication administration Transportation Documentation Meal Prep Activities Hygiene assistance All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
