Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with their prescribed treatment plans Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, and temperature Provide basic care services, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair and stretcher use Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and other resident care activities Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
Requirements:
