About Us Barnabas Redwood Manor isn't your typical residential care facility. We are a family-owned, 47-bed community in Bourbon, MO, dedicated to "encouraging fruitful lives." We provide a peaceful, safe, and fun retreat for our well-seasoned seniors and residents navigating mental health journeys. Competitive Pay:
$15.50 - $17.00 per hour (with clear opportunities for growth).

Dependable Schedules:
We're offering a full-time position. Shifts are between 8 to 12 hours, scheduled overnight between 7:30 PM and 7:30 AM.

What You Will Do In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our community. Your energetic approach will help foster a comfortable and engaging environment.
Daily duties include:
Direct Resident Care:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, always respecting our residents' dignity.
Medication & Health:
Safely administer prescribed medications (including oral, topical, and insulin) and monitor/record vital signs using our EMR system.
Culinary Support:
Prepare and serve meals based on our weekly menus.
Team Collaboration:
Work with our healthcare team to update medical records, follow infection control procedures, and recognize any changes in resident conditions.
What We Are Looking For A Big Heart:
A compassionate personality and a willingness to work hard and learn.
Reliability :
Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and show up for the residents who count on you.
Requirements :
Must be able to pass a standard background check. Bonus (but not required): Prior experience in assisted living, home care, or working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities is fantastic, but we will gladly train the right person!
