2:00 PM - 10:00 PM CMT Benefits Competitive Pay Paid Time Off Advancement Opportunities Comprehensive Benefits Package Job Requirements Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification Previous memory care or dementia care experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care Ability to work effectively as part of a team Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional, personalized care while supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate care to residents living with dementia and other memory-related conditions Encourage residents to socialize and participate in activities that promote emotional well-being Create and maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Make frequent rounds to monitor residents' needs Support and supervise CNA staff to help ensure quality resident care Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding changes in residents' condition, behavior, or needs Join Our Team!
