You'll:

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and Missouri requirements Accurately document medication administration Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition Assist with resident care as needed Promote resident dignity, independence and choice Work closely with nurses, caregivers, physicians and families Help create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home What We're Looking For Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification Compassionate and dependable Positive, professional attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills Genuine desire to build relationships with older adults Previous assisted living or long-term care experience is helpful, but not required .
