Job Description

This is a PRN CMA position that will potentially lead to a full time CMA position on day shift with a night shift available weekly. Please stop by the facility to apply or call Jennifer at 660-547-3322 to set up an interview.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
Requirements:
  • Valid Medication Aide certification
  • Experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
  • Ability to provide care for residents with various medical conditions, including dementia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with nursing staff
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
