Role:

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's healthcare provider Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors Maintaining accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Ideal Candidate:

Has a current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent Experience in long-term care or a related field Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is committed to providing exceptional care and service to seniors
