Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community focused on providing exceptional care while supporting our employees with a positive and team-oriented work environment. We are currently hiring Part-Time CMTs for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Available Shift Day Shift:
6:30am•2:30pm, Every other
Friday and Sunday Evening Shift:
2:30pm•11:00pm,
Every Tuesday and Friday Shift Differentials Day Shift:
Additional $1 on the weekends.
Evening Shift:
Additional $1•2/hour CMT Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies Provide support with daily living activities as needed Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate medication documentation and records Support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members Qualifications Active CMT certification in the state of Missouri CPR certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate approach to resident care Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required Benefits Include Competitive pay Shift differentials Paid time off Retirement savings plan Employee referral opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, or veteran status.
