Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time L1MA to join our healthcare team. Hours are every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 11pm-7am, Every other Monday 11pm-7am and every other Wednesday 11pm-7am. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a residential care environment There is no lifting of residents, transfers, or room checks required for this position. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure residents receive respectful, personalized care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about senior care, and medical assistance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Duties Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to assess health status Administer medications and treatments following physician orders while maintaining accurate medical documentation Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance with all state healthcare regulations. Laundry and light cleaning of facility. Qualifications Knowledge of senior or geriatric patient needs is helpful. Familiarity with Quick Mar for medication administration is a plus. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality of patient records Strong communication skills for effective caregiver interactions and resident engagement Knowledge of medication administration procedures vital signs monitoring Valid licensure from the State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Medical Assistant (L1MA) or equivalent credential Join our team to deliver compassionate care that enriches lives!
