Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and licensed nurses Monitor and report on resident conditions, ensuring timely notification to healthcare providers Assist with vital sign checks, Including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare team members Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review resident care plans and address concerns Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
