Our 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio allows caregivers to truly connect and provide meaningful support each day. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on senior care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administer and document medications accurately in accordance with state guidelines. Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and serving nutritious meals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home , including daily housekeeping, laundry, and tidying of common areas and resident rooms. Monitor residents' well-being and report changes promptly to leadership. Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families. Qualifications 10+ years of caregiving experience in senior care required. Med Tech certification required. CNA or PCA certification accepted. Proven reliability, compassion, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
