6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Looking for a position that allows you to work weekends while keeping your weekdays free? Stone Hearth Assisted Living is looking for dependable, compassionate Weekend Only Workers (WOW) to join our Resident Care team! Our Resident Aides and Medication Aides provide hands-on support to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities while helping create a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. Resident Aide Responsibilities As a Resident Aide, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care Provide assistance with dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other resident needs Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior Assist residents with meals and daily routines Support residents living with dementia and memory loss Respond to resident needs in a timely and compassionate manner Work as part of a team to provide quality resident care Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Medication Aide Responsibilities Medication Aides will perform Resident Aide duties in addition to: Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies Accurately document medication administration Monitor residents and report medication concerns or changes in condition Complete medication counts and medication-cart responsibilities Communicate with nursing and other members of the resident care team What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Dependable and committed to working their scheduled weekends Compassionate and patient with older adults Comfortable working with residents with dementia and memory-care needs Able to work well independently and as part of a team Professional and respectful with residents, families, and coworkers Willing to provide hands-on resident care Medication Aide applicants must have the appropriate Medication Aide qualifications or be willing to complete required training.
