Accura HealthCare of Hartington is seeking an Assisted Living Aide (AL Aide) to join our team. Assisted Living Aides provide meaningful support that positively impacts the lives of our residents.
Job Highlights:
Full Time 6 am - 6 pm Starting wage $20 - 28/hr depending on experience Rotating Weekends, Rotating Holidays

JOB SUMMARY
Assisted Living (AL) Aides perform tasks as delegated and/or indicated on resident care plans. Assists residents in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, dining, and cleaning services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees. Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays including: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. These benefits are available to full-time employees and may differ for those sites under management contracts . Minnesota and Nebraska employees are eligible for PTO regardless of status.
