At The Kensington in Hastings , an Agemark Senior Living community, we're looking for a dependable and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team on an on-call basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while still doing meaningful work and making a difference in the lives of seniors. What You'll Do Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records. Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence. Provide compassionate, attentive support to residents throughout your shift. Work closely with the care team to provide consistent, quality care. Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for residents. What We're Looking For Active Medication Aide certification that meets Nebraska requirements. Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with older adults. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team member.
