CountryHouse Lincoln II , an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Overnight Medication Aide to provide compassionate care and medication support to our residents. What You'll Do Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans. Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records. Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight shift. What We're Looking For Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification . Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation. Dependability and the ability to work full-time overnight hours , including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
