CountryHouse Residence Lincoln III , an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for an On-Call Medication Aide to join our caring and supportive team. What You'll Do Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans. Accurately document medication administration and maintain records. Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and report them promptly to nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion and dignity. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. Help create a positive, supportive community environment. What We're Looking For Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults. Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation. Flexibility to pick up a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
