Med Tech Requirements:
Certification:
You must have New Jersey Med Tech Certification also it must be Up to date!! As a Med Tech, your duties will include: Helping residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and managing medications. Encouraging residents to join in exercise and community activities. Assisting during meal times and helping clean the dining area. Following safety protocols and reporting any changes in residents' health. Completing necessary training and maintaining your certifications. You'll also handle important documentation and communicate any concerns with supervisors. Leadership at

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Certified Med Tech certificate
Experience:
Six months of experience in long-term care is preferred.
Tests:
A drug test and background check are required.
Skills:
