Part Time Med Aide Location:
814 Wyckoff Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430Pay Range :
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.Job Overview:
Responsible for providing quality care and services to all resident and their families. Provide assistance of medication administration for resident according to their care plan and physician's orders.Responsibilities and Duties:
Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to residents and maintain related medical records under the delegation of the RN including supervision of the LPN. Completes required annual medication training, per state requirements. Completes company required medication training modules. Provide resident care to ensure care needs are met according to the resident's care plan. Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards. Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity in the delivery of services to residents Participates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned, including care tasks/assignments as needed and delegated.Qualifications Qualifications:
Must have a current NJ state CMA required certification and valid NJ HHA or CNA Certification.
