Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Order Management Analyst to join a fast-paced global operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in order management, supply chain coordination, logistics, and customer operations. ????

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer order flow and shipment coordination
• Work closely with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and regional business teams
• Monitor order status, shipping timelines, and resolve order-related issues
• Handle escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Analyze order errors and reporting using Excel and ERP systems
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives ?

Required Skills:

• Experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting, analysis)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ?
