Job Summary:

Join our team at BeeHive Homes of Henderson as a dedicated Caregiver / Medication Technician. As a Caregiver/Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking individuals with a passion for memory care and resident well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADL's, medication management, light housekeeping, meals, social interaction and more.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with management, providers and team to ensure excellent resident care.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a medication technician role or caregiving position is preferred.
• Proficiency in assisted living and dementia care practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.
• Certification or training in medication management for a residential facility is desirable from accredited professional.
