Medication Aide - Part Time - 1st Shift Hultquist Place Assisted Living | Jamestown, NY Part-Time | 1st Shift | Non-Exempt $17.00 - $18.50/hour (based on experience) Join Our Team at Hultquist Place Hultquist Place Assisted Living is seeking a Part -Time Medication Aide for 1st Shift to support our residents and care team. Position Summary The Medication Aide assists residents in our Assisted Living Program (ALP) with the self-administration of medications in accordance with New York State regulations and individualized service plans. This role supports resident safety, dignity, and independence while working under the direction of licensed nursing staff. What You ll Do Assist residents with self-administration of medications per service plans Follow MAR/eMAR documentation and medication assistance procedures Observe and report changes in condition, side effects, or refusals Document assistance accurately and timely Ensure proper medication storage and safety practices Promote resident independence, dignity, and privacy Collaborate with nurses, aides, and the care team Participate in required training and quality initiatives Important Scope of Role This position is non-clinical and follows
