Do you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care? The Ganzhorn Suites of Avon is hiring a Medication Aide for Part-time 3pm-11pm or 7pm
  • 11pm, including every other weekend!

This is more than a clinical task-based role—it's an opportunity to support residents with memory loss in a way that honors their individuality and enhances their quality of life. As a Medication Aide, you will support our nursing and caregiving teams by ensuring safe, accurate, and compassionate medication administration.
Your responsibilities may include:
Administering medications according to state guidelines and community policies Documenting medication administration with accuracy and attention to detail Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns promptly Assisting with ADLs and providing hands-on support as needed Offering reassurance, patience, and kindness to residents experiencing memory challenges Maintaining a calm, organized, and supportive environment Every dose you administer and every interaction you have contributes to a resident's well-being and peace of mind.
