Schedule:
Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN (Flexible Shifts Available)

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our assisted living team. The Med Tech is responsible for safely administering medications to residents, supporting daily care needs, and ensuring a comfortable, respectful living environment. This role works closely with nursing staff to promote the health and well-being of our residents.
Qualifications:
Must meet Ohio state requirements for Medication Technician/Medication Aide Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach to care CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies Accurately document medication administration and report any errors or concerns Observe residents for changes in condition and report findings to the nurse or supervisor Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and mobility as needed Maintain medication carts, storage areas, and records in a clean and organized manner Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and team members
