Responsibilities include:
Administer medications within the Ohio Medication Aide scope of practice Administer insulin using pen devices after successful completion of required training and certification Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Document medications, treatments, observations, and resident concerns accurately Perform approved treatments, vital signs, blood glucose testing, and other delegated tasks Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding and personal care as needed Stock medication carts and maintain medication supplies Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights standards Work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide exceptional resident-centered care What We're Looking For Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current Ohio Medication Aide (QMA) certification Successful completion (or willingness to complete) Greencroft's Insulin Training Program Long-term care or senior living experience preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassion for older adults and a commitment to providing outstanding care Ability to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible team members) Voluntary Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for additional hours and career growth Supportive, mission-driven work environment Schedule Part-Time- 32 hours a week.
