Assisted Living Part-Time:

11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Assisted Living Position Summary The Medication Technician is responsible for safely assisting with medication administration while providing compassionate care and support to our residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. Accurately document medication administration and resident responses. Follow medication schedules and physician orders. Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Maintain accurate medication records and follow medication-storage procedures. Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other care team members. Follow infection-control and safety procedures. Promote resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence. Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience working as a Med tech in assisted living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting CNA certification required Medication Technician/Medication Aide certification as required by applicable regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
