If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about caregiving, we want to hear from you! pay scale Cma $19.00 per hour day shift $19.50 for evening shift $20.00 for night shift ACMA $19.50 day shift $20.00 evening $20.50 for night shift Double Weekend shifts Cmas $20.00 Acma $21.00 Duties Administer prescribed medications accurately following physician orders and facility protocols Observe and document patient responses to medications, vital signs, and overall health status Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition support Maintain precise medical documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner Monitor for adverse reactions or side effects and report findings promptly to nursing staff Support patients with specialized needs such as tube feeding, catheter care, or Alzheimer's/dementia care Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and medical records Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans in various settings including home & community care environments Assist in medical procedures requiring knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience Prior experience working in assisted living communities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration procedures and medical documentation practices Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner is advantageous Experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or memory-related conditions such as Alzheimer's or dementia enhances your suitability for this role Background in hospice or acute care environments is a plus Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, vital signs monitoring, and medical terminology is essential Proven ability to work compassionately with seniors and individuals with disabilities in diverse settings Join us in delivering top-quality care that enriches lives!
