Bartlesville Assisted Living is hiring for a Certified Medication Aide Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm shift available Direct care provided to all residents in a licensed assisted living facility. Job Title:

CMA Reports to: RCC/DON/Charge Nurses/RN Summary Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor.

Qualifications Required license or certification:

Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by the State of Oklahoma and a valid CMA License issued by the state of Oklahoma Must be in good standing with the State of Oklahoma Must have basic computer skills including using an Internet web browser Experience with electronic medical records, a plus Previous experience in a long-term care facility desired Excellent communication skills Duties and Responsibilities Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks. Attend and participate in scheduled training and facility in-service training programs. Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisor. Be familiar with all policy and procedures of Bartlesville Assisted Living and follow them accordingly. Document all care provided. Perform rounds at each and every shift change to ensure communication and continuity of care. Follow Care Plans as set forth for each resident. Communicate with nurse on shift of any change or need that a resident may have and ensure this is provided. Report to Administrator if needed.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Clean and sanitary assisted living center. Exposure to chemicals and sharp objects. Some lifting/pushing/pulling required.
