Provide compassionate patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and emotional support. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the facility, ensuring a hygienic environment for all patients. Stay informed about medical terminology and best practices in caregiving, particularly in acute care settings. Skills Strong understanding of patient care principles, particularly in hospital or senior care environments. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to medication administration and patient health. Experience in home community care or caregiving roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of acute care procedures, including tube feeding techniques. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems like Epic for documentation purposes.
