As a Med Tech, you will help residents remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible by providing medication assistance and personalized daily support in a welcoming, home-like environment. What You'll Do as a
Med Tech:
Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders, established procedures, and applicable regulations Document medication administration, resident observations, and changes in condition accurately and promptly Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, choice, and independence Monitor residents for changes in their physical, emotional, or cognitive condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate nursing team member Respond to resident needs and emergencies calmly, compassionately, and in accordance with established protocols Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families to provide consistent, person-centered care
Med Tech Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Current Medication Aide Certification in PA Previous caregiving or customer service experience in a senior living environment preferred Why Holy Family Senior Living?
