Pay Rate:

$18

•$21 per hour + shift differentials

What You'll Do:

Accurately administer medications to residents following care plans and medical orders. Monitor residents for any side effects or changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with nursing staff. Provide compassionate, hands-on support with daily living activities as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, fostering trust and comfort. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care and enhance the resident experience.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time and Part-Time Full-Time:

2:30pm-11:00pm Part-Time, weekends only 6:30am

•3:00pm or 2:30pm

•11:00pm

Requirements:

Qualifications You Bring

Certified Medication Aide:

Completion of an approved Medication Aide training program and certification. Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus. A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Perks & Benefits
