Responsibilities:

• Provide care and assistance to residents in a Personal care home setting
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Assist with behavior management and support resident well-being
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Experience:

• Knowledge of caregiving systems and practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
