Spring Arbor of Athens is looking for a dedicated Medication Assistant to support our Assisted Living residents with medication administration and daily care, working closely with our Resident Care Director. If you love building real relationships with residents and want to be part of a team that shows up for each other, we want to meet you. Shifts Available 10pm-6am •Same Day Pay & Shift Differential•
Pay:
$18.00/hr What You'll Do Greet residents, associates, and visitors with warmth and a service-first attitude Administer medications accurately per State guidelines Support daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care Stay in close communication with the Resident Services team to keep care consistent Jump in on and help lead resident activities Keep resident satisfaction at the center of everything you do What You Bring At least 18 years of age 1+ year of experience with senior adults highly preferred Current Medication Training certification Ability to pass a criminal background screening Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy Nice to Have CNA or NA license/certification, in good standing (state-dependent) CPR and First Aid certification (preferred or as required by your state) Experience with computerized resident documentation systems Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay Medical, Vision & Dental coverage Supplemental insurance — short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance A paid day off for your birthday 401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting Education Investment Program to help you grow your career Same Day Pay Ready to bring compassionate, steady care to our residents every day?
