Position Summary:

The Resident Aide supports residents with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life in a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Encourage socialization and participation in activities Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
