Medication Aide

Looking for full time Medication Aide. As a Med Aide, you will be responsible for administering of medications to residents following company regulatory guidelines. Other tasks include keeping proper documentation, report any changes in resident's conditions to the charge nurse and Director of Nurse. Candidate needs to have the following: 1) Active Texas license 2) At least 3 years experience working in Long term Care facility (nursing home) 3) Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff 4) Strong documentation skills, on paper and computer. 5) Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner Competitive Salary.
