Job Description
LaurenwoodNursing & Rehabilitation is looking for
Certified Medication Aide Shift:
6 am-2 PM shift, Monday - Friday As aMEDICATION AIDE
you will:- Administers and documents medications given by following specifically written physicians orders, including oral, topical, and suppository medications, as well as eye and ear drops.
- Reorders prescriptions and coordinates with pharmacy providers to ensure residents have ordered medications.
- Observes, records, and reports observations such as unexpected and untoward effects from medications.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living.
- Answer resident calls for assistance.
Requirements:
- Smile and have fun!
- CMA license is required and CPR license is required
