We are looking for a dependable, positive person who is eager to learn and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed by physician Observe and monitor patient's condition to ensure quality patient care Dispense medications consistently and accurately Maintain proper storage and inventory of medication Ensure that all medication are accounted for, labeled, and maintained in a clean, safe manner Report any changes or concerns to the Nurse Manager Educate patients and family members on medications, side effects, and how to maintain proper dosage for treatments Assisting with light housekeeping duties such as: emptying trash, sweeping, dusting surfaces, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by Nurse Manager Keeps a clean and orderly work environment and observant of debris and trash.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields preferred. Ability to read and understand written instructions. Ability to write down patient's medical information.
