What You'll Do As a Certified Medication Aide, you'll help create exceptional daily experiences for residents by providing compassionate care, supporting independence, and delivering personalized service through The Sterling Touch®. Whether assisting with activities of daily living, supporting wellness initiatives, helping with medication administration, working in Luminations® (memory care), or simply being a trusted companion, you'll make a meaningful difference every day. In this role, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, grooming, personal hygiene, mobility, communication, and toileting Support residents in accordance with their personalized care plans while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being Administer medications safely and accurately within your certification and scope of practice Provide medication assistance in accordance with state regulations and community policies when appropriately licensed and assigned Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere Participate in community activities, wellness programs, dining experiences, and special events Work collaboratively with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience Esure exceptional documentation is submitted for all services provided or declined Deliver care that is professional, respectful, timely and personalized Help create an environment where every resident feels valued and cared for What You Bring We're looking for individuals who are passionate about service, hospitality, and senior care.
