Participate in meaningful work that improves the lives of the resident, your co-workers, and you! •Full-Time Available for 6a-2p and 2p-10p Shifts •
Description:
Provide exceptional personal care and assist residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct, including but not limited to, medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, written orders to confirm telephone orders, etc. Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with state regulations. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed. Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies. Ensure medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, Over-The-Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by physicians. Engage residents in activities and social interaction.
Requirements:
Medication administration experience required (1 year minimum) MUST have EMPATHY, a big heart, and be willing to work in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Setting Must be able to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, climb stairs, hear, see, and lift up to 50 pounds.
