SilverPoint Senior Living is looking for excellent Medication Technicians for our Cedar Crest of Lewisville community who are passionate about caring for our seniors with dignity and integrity! •PRN Position for shifts 6-2 & 2-10•
Description:
Provide exceptional personal care Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct, including but not limited to, medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, written orders to confirm telephone orders, etc. Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with state regulations. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed. Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies. Ensure medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, Over-The-Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by physicians. Engage residents in activities and social interaction.
Requirements:
MUST have a big heart and be willing to work in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Setting Ability to Lift 50 lbs
