We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland in Pearland, Texas, United States. Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration of medications and treatments under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, toileting, and ambulation Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification or equivalent experience High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients
