What You'll Be Doing:
Administer or assist residents with medications and follow individualized service plans Measure and document vital signs, weights, and resident observations Collect, store, and transport laboratory specimens as required Accurately document medication administration, nursing notes, and incidents Follow medication room systems, physician orders, and safety/emergency protocols (CPR/First Aid) Communicate effectively with the Director of Wellness and care team while providing compassionate, resident-centered care
What We're Looking For:
Texas Medication Technician Certification (Required) High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR certification (First Aid required or willingness to obtain) Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum 6 months of similar experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced care environment Positive attitude with a strong commitment to resident advocacy and teamwork Why Join Vitality Court Victoria?
