This position requires compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications accurately and timely according to physician orders and facility protocols Document medication administration in residents' records and maintain confidentiality Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff Maintain medication carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and secure manner Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, and mobility Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Support shift transitions by providing thorough handoff reports Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
