The ideal candidate will be certified as a Medication Technician in the state of Virginia and will be responsible for safely administering medications to patients in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications to patients accurately and timely. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any concerns to nursing staff. Assist with patient care. Maintain a clean and organized medication storage area. Participate in ongoing training and certification requirements. Qualifications Current Medication Technician certification for the state of Virginia. 40-hour PCA class. CPR and First Aid training. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
