Responsibilities:
Medication Administration:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per resident care plans.
Direct Resident Care:
Assist with daily living activities and personal care, offering physical, emotional, and psychological support.
Memory Care:
Engage with cognitively impaired residents, providing redirection and appropriate activities to enhance their well-being.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
Collaboration:
Work closely with family members and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
Meal Assistance:
Help with meal service and cleanup as needed. Skills & Experience for
Success:
Registered Medication Aide Certification (Required) Nurse Aide Certification (Required) Memory Care Experience (Preferred) CPR Certification and First Aid (Required)
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, and the team.
Compassion & Initiative:
