Job Description

We're looking for Med Techs (Registered Medication Aide in Virginia) to join our Care team!
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance (or reminders) with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed Ensure clients receive their medication on time Lift and/or transfer residents as needed. Assist in meal preparation/presentation, serving to resident, and other dining related responsibilities, record and report changes in resident's eating habits to the supervisor. Record and report changes in resident's condition to the supervisor including but not limited to changes in resident's ability to perform activities of daily living, skin changes, bruising, etc. Daily follow up on bath schedules and vital signs (blood pressure, weight, and respiration, etc.) Immediately report all incidents or accident involving residents to the Resident Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance, including emergency pull cords, telephone calls, and requests from family and friends.
Requirements:
Must be a Registered Medication Aide in Virginia. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Med Tech. Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR certification Speak, read, and understand the English language Committed to health & safety Well-organized and reliable Excellent communication and people skills A positive and compassionate attitude Physical stamina High school diploma or equivalent
Work Schedule:
Saturday, Sunday and Monday 3:00pm - 11:30pm 11:00pm - 7:30am Must work alternating weekends.

Pay:
