Caregiver Job Description Residential Care Home Position Title:
Caregiver- 3pm•11pm Position Summary The Caregiver provides direct care, supervision, and support to residents in a residential care setting.
- Previous caregiving, healthcare, residential care, or assisted living experience preferred.
- Experience working with older adults, dementia or disabilities preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate resident-centered care.
- Strong communication and basic documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to recognize and report changes in resident conditions.
Pay:
$18.00- $19.
