Role:
The Certified Medication Technician is responsible for administering medications to our residents under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the health and wellbeing of our residents, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns. Your expertise in medication management will help us maintain the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as ordered by physicians and under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal care Maintain accurate and thorough records of medication administration and resident care Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity
