Fountain Court Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality meal services to our residents while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary restrictions for our residents and staff Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and execute menu cycles, specials, and catering events Take inventory and order supplies and ingredients as needed Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred Previous experience in food service, preferably in a long-term care or senior living setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills
