Job Description
Cornerstone Court is a privately owned 40-bed assisted living facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a dependable, experienced Evening Shift Supervisor who is passionate about resident care, team leadership, and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff. Position Requirements Applicants must meet all of the following requirements to be considered: Current Washington State CNA (NAC) or HCA license- ACTIVE Nurse Delegation Certification Nurse Delegation with Diabetes Certification Mental Health Specialty Training Dementia Specialty Training CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit Applicants who do not meet all required qualifications will not be considered. Hiring Process Qualified candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete a four hour working interview as well. Following successful completion of the working interview, candidate may be considered for an official employment offer. Schedule Supervisor/Medication Technician Sunday-Thursday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM- 40 hours per week Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer medications in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Monitor residents for medication reactions and report concerns appropriately Supervise care staff to ensure resident safety and quality of care Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective guidance to staff as needed; escalate concerns to management when appropriate Ensure assigned evening shift duties are completed according to facility standards and expectations Assist with resident care, safety checks, transfers, toileting, and changes as needed Respond promptly to call lights and resident alarms Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and stocking duties as needed Provide break coverage for staff members Cover resident care assignments when necessary, including providing all required care for assigned residents
