Medication Aide The Evergreen Inn | Vancouver, WA Availability Across All Shifts Make a difference in someone's day, every day. At The Evergreen Inn , an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Aides help residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys working with seniors and is flexible to work a variety of shifts. What You'll Do Assist residents with medications according to their care plans and physician orders Accurately document medications and maintain resident records Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to nursing staff Assist residents with daily living needs while encouraging independence and dignity Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents What We're Looking For Meet Washington requirements for medication administration Availability across day, evening, and overnight shifts based on community needs Strong communication and basic computer skills Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors Dependable, flexible, and willing to work as part of a team Previous senior living or caregiving experience is a plus Why You'll Love Working at Agemark PTO from Day One
